Exchanges and Returns

The following policy applies only to purchases made on the wacbrand.com online store; it does not apply to in-store purchases. For store policies, please contact your local Wac Brand store. All exchanges or returns will be handled in accordance with the European Consumer Protection Code.

Deadlines

The deadline for exchanges and returns of items purchased via wacbrand.com is 30 (thirty) days, starting from the day the customer receives the order. How do I proceed to exchange or return an item?

The customer must request an exchange or return by accessing their order summary through their personal account area on the website.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, well-protected, showing no signs of use, and with the original tags attached. After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, wacbrand.com will verify if the conditions have been met. If so, it will arrange for a refund or exchange of the item according to the request made by the Customer.

The customer can exchange or return the item free of charge at any Wac Brand store. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of underwear.

Refund deadlines

Refunds are always processed using the same payment method used for the order. We do not need your IBAN; the refund is always sent to the original payment source. The timeframes are calculated from the moment the refund is issued.

If you paid via Multibanco, credit/debit card or MBWay, the refund timeframe for this method is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank; and for PayPal, the refund is processed at the time the payment is issued.

wacbrand.com is exempt from the obligation to fulfill requests for exchange or return of any item returned without prior notification to Customer Service, outside the established timeframe, showing signs of use, or lacking accompanying accessories.
