Exchange and Returns Policy

The following policy applies only to purchases made in the wacbrand.com online store, it does not apply to in-store purchases. For in-store policies, please contact your local Wac Brand store. All incidents involving exchanges or returns will be dealt with in accordance with the European Consumer Protection Code.

Deadlines

The deadline for exchanges and returns of items purchased via wacbrand.com is 30 (thirty) days from the day the customer receives the order.

How do I exchange or return an item?

Customers must request an exchange or return by accessing their order summary in their personal area of the website account.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, well packaged, without signs of use and with its original labels.

Once the product has arrived at the Distribution Center, wacbrand.com will check whether the conditions have been met. If so, it will arrange for the item to be refunded or exchanged in accordance with the Customer's request.

The customer may exchange or return the item free of charge at any Wac Brand store.

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refund deadlines

Refunds are always made by the same method used to pay for the order. We do not need you to provide us with the IBAN, the refund is always made to the same source as the original payment.

The deadlines are counted from the moment the refund is issued.

If you have paid by ATM, credit/debit card or MBWay, the refund period for this method is between 5 and 7 working days, depending on your bank; and PayPal, the refund is made when it is issued.

wacbrand.com disclaims any obligation to respond to requests to exchange or return any item returned without being notified by Customer Service, after the deadline, signs of use of the items or in the absence of accompanying accessories.
